Phone, WhatsApp or online form. Your symptoms, your hotel location in Illetas, a brief preferred time. That's all I need for first contact.

Personal callback

I call you back personally, talk through your symptoms, and arrange a visit. Typically within a short time; a guaranteed response time cannot be promised.

How much does a house call in Illetas cost?

When does the service launch?

Will my travel health insurance cover the cost?

Travel health insurances usually reimburse private medical house calls abroad. The exact amount depends on your policy — please check with your insurer before traveling.

Can patients with German statutory health insurance book too?

Yes. Doc-Mallorca is a private medical house-call service — you receive a private invoice regardless of your insurance. Patients with German statutory health insurance can apply for reimbursement under § 13 (4) SGB V (possible, not guaranteed).
