Cost transparency
Any patient — privately or statutorily insured. Doc-Mallorca is a private medical house-call service. You receive a private invoice regardless of your health insurance.
Digital private invoice after the house call. Payment on site by card or cash. There are no hidden costs — the fixed fee covers history, examination, treatment and written report.
Travel health insurances usually fully reimburse private medical house calls abroad. Submit the private invoice to your insurer after returning home.
Patients with German statutory insurance can also book. Reimbursement under § 13 (4) SGB V (cost reimbursement within the EU) is possible but not guaranteed — please clarify with your insurer in advance.
