A doctor house call in Mallorca is a private-practice service that treats acute conditions without a clinic visit, directly at your hotel or holiday rental — with Doc-Mallorca in three steps: send request, personal callback from the physician, house call within a 25 km radius of Port d'Andratx. The service is available daily 8 AM–10 PM.
I am Henrik Venus, a physician licensed in Germany, recognised and authorised to practise in Spain. Appointments are available daily 8 am–10 pm (Europe/Madrid), in German and English. More about me on the About me page.
Important:This service is not a substitute for emergency services. In life-threatening emergencies, call the European emergency number 112 immediately. I cannot guarantee a 15-minute response time.
Personal callback
I call back personally, clarify your symptoms and arrange an appointment. Usually within a short time; I cannot guarantee a fixed response time.
House call
Examination and treatment at your hotel or holiday rental. Written report by email. Digital private invoice.

Billing is private: standard house call €250–350 (depending on distance), urgent 400 €, evenings and weekends 450 € (as of 2026).
