Yes, patients with statutory insurance can also book. Doc-Mallorca is a private medical house-call service and I invoice privately — you receive a private invoice regardless of your insurance. Statutory patients can apply for reimbursement under § 13 (4) SGB V (foreign care reimbursement) — possible but not guaranteed.

How much does a doctor house call in Mallorca cost?
The indicative fee range is from €250 to €450. Private medical service in Spain — the final amount depends on time and complexity. These flat rates apply across the whole service area in southwest Mallorca (Calvià, Andratx, Camp de Mar, S'Arracó, Sant Elm, Es Capdellà, Paguera, Santa Ponsa, Magaluf, Palmanova, Puerto Portals, Illetas, Cas Català, Son Vida, Costa de la Calma).
How much is a doctor on weekends in Mallorca?
The weekend indicative fee is €450. The same rate applies to weekday house calls between 5 PM and 10 PM. For acute life-threatening situations, always call 112 — Doc-Mallorca does not replace emergency services.
What is included in the house-call price?
Travel within the service area in southwest Mallorca, medical history and physical examination, basic on-site diagnostics (blood pressure, SpO₂, ECG), the medication you need including continuing treatment, and a written medical report by email. Not included: laboratory work, imaging, hospital admission.
Does travel health insurance reimburse the house call?
Often, yes — reimbursement is possible but not guaranteed. Travel health insurers often reimburse private medical house calls abroad; the amount and outcome are decided solely by your policy — please check with your insurer before travelling. You will receive a detailed digital private invoice for submission.
Can patients with German statutory health insurance book?
Yes. Doc-Mallorca is a private medical house-call service and I invoice privately — you receive a private invoice regardless of your insurance. Patients with German statutory health insurance can apply for reimbursement under § 13 (4) SGB V (foreign care reimbursement) — possible but not guaranteed.
Do I need cash for the house call?
No. Payment is taken immediately after the house call by credit card or debit card via a mobile card terminal on site. You receive the digital private invoice by email in parallel for submission to your insurer.
Are travel fees charged on top?
No. Travel within the service area in southwest Mallorca is included in the flat rate. For house calls outside the regular service area (e.g. Sóller, Alcúdia, north coast) please enquire in advance — an individual indicative fee applies.
Are there discounts for families or multiple treatments?
Up to two additional family members can be treated during the same house-call visit — additional fee depending on complexity. Exact pricing is clarified during the first contact.
