What the concierge / property management knows
Only the fact of the mediation: that a request was made, possibly the fee authorisation, and after the visit the confirmation that the appointment took place.
No symptoms. No diagnosis. No treatment course. No medical report.
What you as a patient receive
Written medical report by email with history, diagnosis, and treatment.
Digital private invoice — directly to you, not to the mediating party. On request to a different billing address.
Prescriptions and referrals — when medically indicated.
Legal basis: § 203 para. 1 no. 1 of the German Criminal Code (medical confidentiality) — violation is a criminal offence. This rule applies regardless of who mediated the appointment.

I call you personally as the patient (not the concierge), discuss your symptoms confidentially, and arrange the visit. A guaranteed response time cannot be promised.

Extended confidentiality
Medical confidentiality under § 203 StGB applies by law to every treatment — at no additional cost, without separate agreement. On request I prepare an additional written agreement before the house call with:

Fees
Same flat rates regardless of booking channel. No concierge surcharge, no premium tier, no preferential treatment. Payment immediately after the visit by credit card or debit card. Travel health insurances usually reimburse private medical house calls abroad.

No one except you and me. Medical confidentiality under § 203 of the German Criminal Code applies absolutely — treatment content is not shared with the hotel reception, concierge, villa property management, or charter agency. The mediating party only receives the fact of the visit and the fee authorisation, no medical content whatsoever.
Partly. A valid private invoice in Spain must name the patient (legal invoicing requirement). On request the billing address can differ from your stay (home residence, legal counsel, family office). Form of address, arrival arrangements, and treatment can be tailored on a personal or formal basis.
Directly to you as the patient — never to the hotel reception, property management, or charter agency. You receive the digital private invoice by email. On request the billing address can differ from your primary residence.
Payment is taken immediately after the visit from the patient by credit card or debit card (mobile card terminal). Even when the request is relayed via the hotel, the patient is the direct contractual party. Cost coverage by the hotel is not standard unless explicitly agreed.
In an acute life-threatening situation always call 112 (European emergency number) immediately — the Spanish emergency service is the right address. Doc-Mallorca does not replace emergency services. For non-acute complaints at the villa a house call can usually be arranged within a short time.
On request, yes — free of charge. Medical confidentiality under § 203 StGB applies by law to every treatment without additional cost or agreement. An additional written agreement (confirmation of confidentiality, alternative billing address, data flow clarification toward the mediating party) can be signed before the house call on request — without surcharge and without restriction to a patient class.
